Terms of Service

Prices shown through our Instant Quote tool are estimates based on the information you provide (property size, service type, add-ons, etc.). Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site assessment where conditions differ materially from what was described — for example, unusually heavy buildup, hard-to-access areas, or additional square footage. We will always communicate any price change before beginning work.

• Certain services may require a deposit (e.g. $99) to reserve your appointment window; the deposit is applied toward your final invoice.
• Appointments are scheduled in two-hour arrival windows. We'll do our best to arrive within the confirmed window and will contact you if we're running early or late.
• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may forfeit a deposit.
• Weather (rain, freezing temperatures, high winds) may require us to reschedule your appointment for safety and quality reasons.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements (such as a commercial recurring contract) have been agreed to in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at booking or on your invoice. Unpaid invoices may be referred to collections after 30 days.

If you're not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the specific area of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, staining that professional cleaning cannot remove (e.g. deeply etched concrete, permanently oxidized paint), or new dirt/organic growth that accumulates after our visit.

You're responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the service area (including functioning exterior water access where required) and for disclosing known hazards, fragile surfaces, or areas to avoid. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose or deteriorated surfaces, or items left in the work area that we were not made aware of in advance.

You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting false information through our forms, attempting to access non-public areas of the Site without authorization, or using the Site to transmit harmful code. Content on this Site (text, photos, logos) is owned by XLR8 or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XLR8's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or booking of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
